Return Policy
Products are eligible for return if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within 7 working days of receiving the package. We ensure that a brand new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when reverse pick-up is made.
You need to share an image/video of your product/s on stonepaperscissor20@gmail.com under the subject EXCHANGE PRODUCT while you're opening it for your order to qualify as a damaged product. In case it is damaged, we'll exchange it for you.
Refund Policy
The refund policy is applicable in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available. The refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order.
